Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County, TN Homeownership Applications are Officially Open!
Online applications accepted through February 13 at 5:00 PM
Clarksville, Tennessee — February 4, 2026 — Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County, TN announced today that applications for its affordable homeownership program are officially open beginning February 4, 2026 at 9:00 AM, with a firm deadline of February 13, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
Interested families must apply online at habitatmctn.org/apply and complete the application all the way through the final confirmation page with the smiley face to ensure it has been successfully submitted. Every application submitted before the deadline (February 13th, 2026 at 5:00pm) will be given equal consideration. Applications will not be accepted after the deadline.

“Homeownership means a permanent place to raise my children, a place they will always know as HOME,” said Taylor, a recent Habitat homeowner, reflecting on what homeownership means for her family now.
After submitting the online application, applicants must provide all required supporting documents in order to be considered. Documents may be submitted by email or dropped off at the Clarksville ReStore.
To protect the integrity of the review process, applicants are asked not to call or visit the ReStore to check on the status of an application. All updates and decisions will be communicated by email and U.S. mail.
